Information security is a collective effort, and your awareness plays a vital role in keeping our IT systems and data safe.<\/p>\n<p>If you notice any suspicious behaviour or potential security incidents, please report them promptly. Think of it as reporting a crime &#8211; detailed and specific observations are especially helpful. Your reports can make a significant difference.<\/p>\n<p>We greatly appreciate your support. To report a concern, please contact us at: <a href=\"mailto:SecurityInbox@EuropeChemiCon.de\">SecurityInbox@EuropeChemiCon.de<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities<\/h2>\n<p>If you discover vulnerabilities in our IT systems, we ask that you alert our team by contacting <a href=\"mailto:SecurityInbox@EuropeChemiCon.de\">SecurityInbox@EuropeChemiCon.de<\/a> and please include a proof of concept in your email. We will respond as quickly as possible to your submission and won\u2019t take legal action if you follow the responsible disclosure process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please avoid automated testing and only perform security tests with your own data<\/li>\n<li>Please include a proof of concept in your email<\/li>\n<li>Do not disclose any information regarding the vulnerabilities until clear approval is given<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>General Information Security Policy<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Protect<\/strong> Europe Chemi-Con (Deutschland) GmbH\u2019s informational and IT assets (including but not limited to all computers, mobile devices, networking equipment, software, and sensitive data) against all internal, external, deliberate, or accidental threats and to mitigate the risks associated with the theft, loss, misuse, damage or abuse of these systems;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ensure<\/strong> information will be protected against any unauthorized access. Users shall only have access to resources that they have been specifically authorized to access. The allocation of privileges shall be strictly controlled and reviewed regularly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Protect CONFIDENTIALITY<\/strong> of information. When we talk about confidentiality of information, we are talking about protecting the information from disclosure to unauthorized parties;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ensure INTEGRITY<\/strong> of information. Integrity of information refers to protecting information from being modified by unauthorized parties;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maintain AVAILABILITY<\/strong> of information for business processes. Availability of information refers to ensuring that authorized parties can access the information when needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comply<\/strong> with and, wherever possible, exceed, national legislative and regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Develop, Maintain<\/strong> and <strong>Test<\/strong> business continuity plans to ensure we stay on course despite all obstacles that we may come across. It is about \u201ckeeping calm and carrying on!\u201d;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raise<\/strong> awareness of information security by making information security training available for all Employees.
